Alan Keyes – Inspector
Alan received his home inspection training and certification at the Pillar To Post National Training Center in 2003. He is an experienced home inspector and has been active in the home technology industry for over 25 years as a business owner, technical consultant and published writer. As author of the popular newspaper column, “On the House™”, and the educational newsletter, “You Asked™”, he has helped thousands of Oregon homeowners and real estate professionals with questions regarding inspection, repair, maintenance, and remodeling. Alan currently serves as President of the Central Oregon Association of Real Estate Inspectors, (COAREI). When not performing inspections, Alan enjoys woodworking, photography and spending time with his family.

Erik Keyes – Inspector
Erik received his home inspection training and certification at the Pillar To Post National Training Center in 2003. He is an experienced home inspector, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Oregon University, and has a background in both residential construction and landscape irrigation. Erik also holds an Oregon Department of Agriculture Structural Pest License and is an experienced Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) inspector. When not performing inspections, Erik enjoys fishing, hiking and working on the extensive remodel of his own home.

Laurie Keyes – Operations Manager
Laurie is the friendly and knowledgeable voice behind our office phone lines and is always available to answer your questions. She manages all scheduling, business administration, and inspection coordination (with clients, agents, title companies and property managers). Laurie’s strong commitment to providing superior customer support plays a major role in our ongoing success. Laurie has also served the real estate industry as a committee chairperson for the Central Oregon Women’s Council of Realtors for the past four years.
